信息來源：阿里巴巴咨詢www.alibaba.com.cn像平常一樣打開郵箱，回復郵件，一封命名為TOPUGENTLY的信讓我再次感到震驚。這一單啊，走的彼此都心力憔悴：http://club.china.alibaba.com/club/post/view/51_6309166.html（9月份的一次災難）本以為消財免災，本以為可以為客人盡力做一點力所能及的事情，本以為付掉巨額的轉(zhuǎn)船以及罰金之后一切都相安無事了，后來才知道我自己的想法是完全錯誤的。將錢付給P&O之后,貨代承諾我會在10月底到達目的港,于是我只能等，可是客人的來信才提醒我到目前還未到,才知道需要轉(zhuǎn)船兩次才可以到達DUALA,10月份是不可能到達的，于是和船公司核對，那邊告訴我，具體時間應該是11月底.我傻眼了，于是保持了沉默,因為我能做的或許就只有這樣了,到了12月26日客人再次發(fā)來郵件,提醒我船還是未到,于是再次讓船公司幫忙查詢，一天后得知船在13號就到達了港口,于是立即電話聯(lián)系客人，告訴了他這個消息，可是客人發(fā)來的如下郵件又把讓人感覺到的都是遺憾:HelloJane,Aboutyourlastmessagetome,youwereveryrightaboutthecontainerarrivingonthe13thDecember.Thisiswhattheproblemwas.Myguyswenttotheshippingcompanythatwastransportingthecontainerandtheirrepresentativeconfidentlytoldthemthattheshipwastoarriveonthe25thofDecemberandthatbecauseoftheholidaystheyhadtocallbeforecomingtotheporttocollectit.WhenIgotyourmessage,Iinformedthemandalsorequestedthattheyshouldcheckagainwiththeportsauthoritytobesurethatthecontainerhadnotarrivedyet.Theyreluctantlyacceptedtoverifyandstillsayingthattheshippingrepresentativehadtoldthemthatitwastoarriveronthe25thDecember.Andwhentheywentandcheckwiththeportsauthoritiestheywereshockedtohearthattheshiphadarrivedsincethe13thDecemberasyouhadsaid.Rightnowitispastduethedaysthecontainercouldbeclearedfromtheportwithoutpenalties.Penaltieshavealreadystartedtoacrue,whichmustbepaidbeforethecontainercanbereleased.Ifthecontainerisnotretrievedfromtheportwithinsomespecifictimeitwillenduptobeliquidatedorauctionedtothegeneralpublic.YoucanseeforyourselfhowmuchtroubleIamgoingthroughwiththisbusinessthatwestartedanditisnowgettingtoayearandyetnoheadwayout.AnywaythanksforyoursupportandIhopeIdonotgetputoutofthebusiness.JohnM.Mbah這一單,真做的彼此都疲憊不勘.哎!現(xiàn)在最擔心的是客人,我為他付出那么多也就只有一個目的，希望他早日收到貨物，可是現(xiàn)在我卻不能再次替他扭轉(zhuǎn)乾坤.內(nèi)心里是深深的歉意........心情隨筆.莘莘學子上
